Our intimate setting is ideal for small to medium sized weddings up to 120 guests. When you choose the Rugosa for your wedding day, the house and grounds become yours for the weekend.
LOCATION FEES
IN SEASON (May - October):
$3500 for 50 people and under

$40 per each additional person (up to 120 guests)

OFF SEASON (November - April):
$2000 for 50 people and under

$20 per each additional person (up to 120 guests)
Fine Print:

Includes use of the entire Rugosa for the weekend. Includes use of all indoor common areas, backyard and pool (seasonal).

Guests must rent all guest rooms for the weekend (seasonal rates may apply).

For all events over 40 people, the Rugosa requires additional portable toilets to be rented. Our preferred vendor is Nauset Disposal.

For events over 50 people, the Rugosa requires the addition of an outside tent. Tents are recommended for all events over 30 people.
